People Purpose Corporation ("People Purpose," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to align with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Who we are

What we collect

We only collect the personal information you choose to give us:

• When you submit our contact form: your name, and the company name, email, phone number, and message you provide.
• When you email or call us directly: whatever information you choose to share.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell anything through this website, so we do not collect payment details here.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of you. If we use website analytics, we use a privacy-friendly, aggregate method that does not identify you individually and does not place tracking cookies on your device. Because of this, no cookie-consent banner is required.

How we use your information

• To respond to your message and arrange a conversation.
• To provide the services you ask us about.
• Only if you check the optional consent box, to send you occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time, in keeping with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Consent

By submitting our form or contacting us, you consent to our using your information to reply to you and provide what you requested. We ask for separate, express consent before sending any marketing email, and you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Our website is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify's services. These providers act on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Where your information is stored

Our hosting and form provider may store and process data on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. Where that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. By using this site you acknowledge this transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, after which we remove it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to withdraw your consent. To make a request, email rod@people-purpose.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
