Then hosting, or the subscription
Buy it and hosting runs $100 a month, or $1,000 for the year. Subscribe instead and the site, hosting and maintenance are one line, nothing up front.

Pick how you want to pay, tell us how many pages, and watch the total change. Every extra is its own line, one-time or monthly, never bundled where you cannot see it.
Questions owners ask first.
Do I need to write anything?
No. We interview you for about an hour and write the copy from that. You read it before it goes live and can ask for changes.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes, and we place them for you. If you do not have photos we can work with, we tell you plainly rather than dress up a stock photo as your business.
Who owns the site?
If you buy it, you do: the files and the domain sit in your name from day one. On the subscription, we own the site until you buy it out for $1,000, after which it is yours the same way.
What happens if I stop paying the subscription?
The subscription has a twelve-month minimum. After that, keep paying and the site stays up, or buy it out for $1,000. Stop paying without buying it out and the site comes down.
What if I need changes?
One content change a month is included in hosting and maintenance. More than that, or a bigger redesign, is quoted before we start, in writing.
Do you do online stores?
Not as part of this. A store is quoted before we start, in writing, same as anything outside what this page prices.
