Tracing the patterns down to the root, and planting something true in their place. For construction, trades and manufacturing owners who have built something real and can feel something underneath it that the next hire will not fix.

  • Two nights on the water, all meals, sauna, hot tub, and a wood-fired pizza oven. Rest is built in on purpose.

  • The participant handbook and one-on-one time with Rodney.
  • Co-hosted with Nick and Carrie Reimer of Trellis Centre, serving food, worship, and prayer as needed.
