Full-desk recruiter
You sell the search and you fill it: prospecting, discovery, the search, interviews, references, placement. You earn 30% of the fee on a search you sold and filled, 20% on one a setter booked for you, and every search runs on Quadrant, our own hiring system. Senior and lead steps raise the share.
Appointment setter
You find Manitoba owners who are hiring and book the discovery call. You earn 10% of everything the company collects from every account you open, for as long as you look after it, 15% once you are cleared to close, with a salaried path from there.
