> People Purpose is a contract recruiting and hiring services firm, and business coaching practice, led by Rodney Penner in Kleefeld, Manitoba, Canada. We hire the right people for construction, trades, manufacturing and other Manitoba businesses through contract recruiting and hiring services, coach owners on sales, hiring, leadership and systems, and build Quadrant (https://disc-quadrant.com), the DISC-based hiring software used to screen and place candidates.
